Providing coaching services by clarifying goals; improving time and stress management; identifying obstacles holding individuals back; and developing strategies for overcoming each obstacle.
An assembly of 5 or more participants who connect through shared experiences. Through group activities there is a focus on problem-solving strategies, coping skills and effective communication. The group dynamic provides the benefit of diverse perspectives, motivation, and accountability; providing guidance in growth development and ultimately increases one's capacity to navigate through life transitions.
